Use this durable, removable film to create commercial vehicle or fleet graphics, bus graphics, emblems, striping, transit advertising, point-of-purchase or trade show displays, general signage, vending machine or refrigerator case graphics.

Film series 160 is especially well suited for large graphics because it features 3M's patented pressure-activated adhesive, making it easier to reposition graphics until firm pressure is applied during installation.

When used with compatible products, produced by one of 3M's Scotchprint® Graphics Authorized Manufacturers and applied according to written instructions, this film can be used to produce a Scotchprint® Graphic.

• 3M™ Controltac™ Plus Film 160-30 is opaque white, and 160-32 is opaque black. Both films have a matte finish and a tinted adhesive for increased hiding power.
• They are removable up to five years with heat only; no accessories or chemicals are needed.
• Film160-30 is treated to provide better adhesion to enamel paints.
• Film 160-60 is specially formulated to offer a translucent frost finish.
• All three films offer excellent scuff resistance.

Film series 160:

• is a 4 mil (0.10 mm) opaque vinyl film; 4.5 to 5 mil (0.11 to 0.13 mm) with the adhesive
• features a gray, pressure-activated adhesive on 160-30 and 160-32 and a white, pressure-activated adhesive on 160-60 for easier application of large graphics
• has a 94# polyethylene-coated, humidity-stable paper liner

This film can be used on flat surfaces, with and without rivets. Appropriate substrates include glass, metal, paint and rigid plastic. It has an application temperature range from 40° to 100°F (4° to 38°C).

Available in sheets and rolls, film series 160 comes in standard 24", 36" or 48" widths.

Unprocessed film has a shelf life of two years; processed film has a shelf life of one year. It should be stored in a clean, dry area, out of direct sunlight and at a temperature less than 100°F (38°C).
